What we are fixing
These are not hypotheticals. They are the complaints travellers leave about existing eSIM services, over and over. Each one is a promise we are designing against.
01
Your plan expires before you land.
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network abroad — not at the moment you pay. Buy a week early if you want to; the clock waits for you.
02
Support is only reachable once you already have data.
Everything you need to get connected — the QR code, the settings, the troubleshooting steps — is saved to your device before you travel and works offline. Our support is reachable by email from any connection.
03
"Unlimited" that throttles at an unpublished number.
We publish the real number. If a plan slows after a certain amount of data, that amount is on the plan card before you buy, in the same size type as the price.
04
It installs, then it will not connect.
A guided install that checks the three things that actually cause this — device eSIM support, carrier lock, and data roaming — before you leave home, while you can still do something about it.
05
You cannot tell whose network you are buying.
We name the local carriers a plan uses and whether you get 4G or 5G on each. A cheap plan on a weak network is not a bargain, and you should be able to see that.
06
Your bank texts vanish.
Travel eSIMs are data-only, and we say so plainly. Your usual number stays active on your other SIM, so calls and verification codes keep arriving.
