Terms of sale

These terms apply to everything we sell on gojowa.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will fix the wording.

Version 2026-09-18 · in force from 18 September 2026

1. Who you are buying from

GOJOWA is a trading name of GOJOWA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17460599, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@gojowa.com.

We are a reseller. We buy mobile data capacity wholesale and sell it to you as an eSIM profile. We do not operate a mobile network. The connection itself is provided by local mobile networks under our supplier's arrangements — which is why every plan on this site names the network it runs on.

2. What you are buying

A data allowance for a named destination and a named number of days, delivered as an eSIM profile. Each plan page states, before you pay:

What is on the plan page is what we are agreeing to sell you. There is no separate specification elsewhere that overrides it.

Data only. Our plans do not carry calls or SMS. Keep your usual SIM active alongside the eSIM and calls and verification codes keep arriving on your normal number.

3. Prices and currency

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD) and you are charged in US dollars. If your card or bank account is in another currency, your bank converts it at their rate and may add their own fee — that is between you and your bank, and we do not receive any part of it.

Prices include any tax we are required to charge. If that changes, the price shown at checkout is always the price you pay.

4. When your plan starts, and the 180-day window

Your days start on the first connection the eSIM makes to a network — not when you pay, and not when you install it. You can buy weeks in advance without losing a day.

If the eSIM is never used, it activates automatically 180 days after purchase and the validity period then runs down from that date. This is our supplier's mechanic and we cannot change it, so we state it plainly rather than bury it.

5. Delivery

We deliver by email, normally within seconds of payment. See our delivery page for what arrives, what to do if it does not, and device requirements.

6. Cancellation

Because the eSIM is delivered immediately, we ask you at checkout to confirm two things before you pay:

We record both, with the version of these terms you agreed to and the time you agreed. If you do not tick both, we do not take your money.

Losing the statutory cancellation right does not leave you with nothing. Our refund policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires, and it is part of these terms.

7. If something does not work

You are entitled to a service supplied with reasonable care and skill, and to a digital product that is as described and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms takes that away, and nothing in them limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If a plan will not connect, or stops working through no fault of yours, tell us and we will put it right or refund you — see the refund policy. Do not wait until you are home; the sooner you tell us, the more we can do.

Beyond that, our liability for any one order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or lost work.

8. What we need from you

Some countries require SIM users to register an identity document before a line can be activated. Where that applies, the destination page says so before you buy.

9. Your data

We keep what we need to sell you an eSIM and support it. Our privacy notice explains what, why and for how long. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC251853.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the version you agreed to at checkout, and we record which one that was. Changes never apply backwards to an order already placed.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you rights you cannot be deprived of by contract, you keep those rights — this clause does not remove them.

If something goes wrong, email hello@gojowa.com first. We would much rather fix it than argue about it.
